DANCE LEGACY
We offer classes for not only the serious dancer but also for those who purely want enjoyment and recreation. The team at DANCE LEGACY prides itself on having an experienced faculty that promises to provide excellent training coupled with fun, fitness and endless laughter. Now in it's fifth year, come and see why it is the fastest growing dance community in Pakenham and surrounds.
What We Offer

DL Preschool
DL BABIES - This is a 30 min parent assisted class for those 18 months - 3 years old
DL TEENIES - This is a 45-minute independent class for 3-4 year olds (3-year-old-kinder) that introduces the foundations of Ballet & Jazz
DL TINIES - This is a 60-minute independent class for 4-5 year olds (4-year-old kinder) introducing the foundations of Ballet, Jazz & Tap

DL Minis
DL MINIS - This is a 75-minute class for Foundation students. This class teaches the fundamentals of Ballet, Jazz & Tap styles.

Test 1 Combo
Test 1 Combo - This is a 90-minute class for Year 1 students. This class teaches the RAD Ballet & ATOD Jazz & Tap syllabi and is the first year students are eligible to sit an exam.

DL Company
DL COMPANY - Our invitation only extension program for students who wish to take the next steps with their commitment. These students will perform at various events throughout the year such as competitions and public events & have the opportunity to do solo/duo/trio work.
Studio Directors
Miss Danielle & Miss Loren have a combine 40 + years dance teaching experience. Over the years they have not only produced award winning choreography but have fostered a love of dance in hundreds of students and have celebrated many achievements no matter how big or small.

Miss Danielle
Miss Danielle is an award-winning choreographer and has not only created many solos and troupes that have won interstate competitions, championships and scholarships, but also created works for entertainment galas, charity events and other notable performances. She has completed examinations at the highest level obtainable in both Tap & Jazz and her Advanced 1 examination in Cecchetti Classical Ballet.
Although, for Miss Danielle it’s not about the awards. It’s about the feeling when her students are up on stage nailing a routine that they have been working tirelessly on or the look on a students face when they nail a new skill for the first time.
When Miss Danielle is not teaching at the studio or choreographing routines, she enjoys running her dog Leeroy. Look out for her, you might see her around!

Miss Loren
Miss Loren (M.S.F.D) is adored by her students. She has taught dance at many various settings across Melbourne for over 20 years, leaving happy memories in her students anywhere she goes. Her tap and jazz routines have won many awards at both interstate eisteddfods and inter-state scholarships. Miss Loren runs seminars across Australia and was an instructor of the Southern Federation of Dance Hip Hop syllabus. She has choreographed for local primary school productions and run holiday programs for school aged children.
Anyone who has taken one of Miss Lorens classes will tell you that her smile and laugh are infectious. Her love for teaching is obvious and anyone and everyone will tell you this after taking her class.
On the weekends, Miss Loren loves to walk around the lake with her husband, three children and her dog Oreo.
Our Faculty Team

Miss Paris
Miss Paris started her professional training as a young teenager with the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School in Melbourne and finished at Tanya Pearson Classical Coaching Academy in Sydney. She danced as the Principal artist in the Melbourne Dance Theatre (currently known as the Victorian State Ballet), Vertical Shadows (contemporary dance company) and in the Dance Education Ensemble with the Australian Ballet. Miss Paris has now been teaching for over 20 years. She is a registered Royal Academy of Dance teacher and has taught all over Australia.
Her passion for teaching is inspired by her love of dance. Fostering the love of dance in others is what she thrives for as a teacher. Miss Paris is now a mum to four beautiful children. When Miss Paris is not tending to her tribe or teaching in the studio, she enjoys walking her dog in the bush.

Miss Emma
Miss Emma is a passionate educator with extensive experience teaching preschool classes. She thrives in nurturing her students’ excitement for dancing and learning and takes pride in preparing them for the next stage of their education journey. Witnessing their growth and development over time is one of her greatest rewards.
Miss Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and has completed the Southern Federation of Dance Teachers’ qualification. Her love of performing has seen her embody a variety of beloved characters, including Princess Fiona, Bugs Bunny, and Daphne, for events and stage shows across Victoria.
Outside of her teaching roles as a preschool teacher and primary school educator, Miss Emma enjoys quality time with her family. She loves exploring the outdoors, going on bushwalks, and discovering waterfalls with her husband, two daughters, and their two cheeky dogs.

Miss Zoe
Miss Zoe is a highly awarded dancer and has trained under Miss Danielle and Miss Loren from a very young age. She has completed her ATOD Jazz and Tap exams, always receiving top marks and obtained her Intermediate Ballet under the Cecchetti Ballet syllabus. She is also a very accomplished solo, duo and troupe performer.
Miss Zoe was placed in the top 3 for ATOD Tap Victorian scholarships in 2017 and in the top 4 in the ATOD Australasian Scholarships in the same year. She has danced in the Hong Kong Disneyland parade and Ocean Park and has performed in multiple shows, cabarets and other notable public performances. Miss Zoe also received the top ATAR at her high school in year 12 and was subsequently awarded the Dux award.
Anyone who takes a Miss Zoe class is in for lots on fun, laughter and entertainment. She ensured everyone leaves the studio feels seen and appreciated. Miss Zoe is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University and when she is not teaching, choreography or studying she enjoys reading, paint by numbers and cooking in the kitchen.

Miss Juliet
Miss Juliet recently lived in Sydney to complete her Advanced Diploma in contemporary dance with the Sydney Dance Company. While in her graduate year, she danced for Stephany Lake Company season of Collossus in New Annual Festival 2022 as well as, events involved with the Sydney Dance Company. Miss Juliet started her training at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School. While at VCASS, Miss Juliet completed her Advanced 2 in Cecchetti and participated in the Scholars program. After finishing at VCASS, Miss Juliet studied an Advanced Diploma in Elite Classical Ballet at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
Miss Juliet is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Dance Education. When she is not teaching, choreographing, dancing or studying she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her friends and family.

Initially we will place them into a class based on their age and then we will assess them to best find the most suited class for their ability.
For their first class, your child should wear anything that they feel comfortable in and can move in (bare feet is suitable if you don’t have dance shoes) with their hair tied back off their face.
Dance Legacy’s, Season 2025 will begin on Tuesday 28th of January 2025!
